Method of obtaining feed protein-lipid concentrate from waste of organic origin is that the biomass of Hermetia illucens larvae is grown on waste of organic origin and fermented. Shredded cellulose-containing waste with a humidity of 50–70 % is used as organic waste, and the waste is fermented by a complex of microorganisms cultured from the intestinal microflora of wood beetle larvae simultaneously with the growth of larva biomass. Specified complex of microorganisms is introduced in the form of a suspension with a CFU value not lower than 107 in the amount of 3–5 % of the mass of waste at the beginning of the growing period and again at least two times during the growing period. Способ получения кормового белково-липидного концентрата из отходов органического происхождения заключается в том, что выращивают биомассу личинок Hermetia illucens на отходах органического происхождения и осуществляют их ферментацию.
