The present invention relates to a porous polylactic acid membrane and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a porous polylactic acid membrane capable of increasing a surface activity of polylactic acid and thereby enhancing bone healing effect, and a method for manufacturing the same.
