A hiding board includes a flat surface； and a plurality of containers arranged in a random fashion on the flat surface and secured thereto, each container being configured to receive a three-dimensional object from a user. A method for neuropsychological assessment includes presenting one or more three-dimensional objects to a participant in a first arrangement on a hiding board； removing the one or more three-dimensional objects from the hiding board； re-presenting the one or more three-dimensional objects to the participant in an arrangement that is different from the first arrangement； and tasking the participant with recreating the first arrangement.
