The body 42 has a plurality of body portions 48 that are configured by dividing the body 42 into front and rear and that rotate integrally. The body portion 48 is a circumferential direction divided body portion having a plurality of body portion constituting members 57 and 58 configured by dividing the body portion 48 in the circumferential direction around the handling body shaft 20.
