The present invention provides a cheese cake/cookie and a manufacturing method thereof. The method mainly relates to processing, mixing and shaping materials required for making cheese cakes and cookies to form various shapes of cheese cakes/cookies. The materials include milk cheese, refined sugar, eggs, orange juice and digestive biscuits. The manufacturing method includes preparing the materials (separating the aforesaid materials into a top layer and a bottom layer), heating the bottom layer with a water bath and mixing, placing the bottom layer on a baking mold bottom surface, mixing the top layer, pouring the top layer into the baking mold and on the bottom layer, and baking. The cheese cake/cookie made thereby has solid mouth feeling because it is free of flour in the raw materials. In addition, the materials include orange juice so that the taste is slightly sour. The materials also include digestive biscuits without sugar addition, so the cheese cake/cookie is not too sweet.本發明係提供一種起士糕餅及其製作方法,主要是將製作起士蛋糕、起士餅等點心所需之奶油起士、細砂糖、全蛋、柳澄汁、消化餅等食材經各別處理後再混合成型,以成為具有各式幾何形狀之起士蛋糕或起士餅;該製作方法包括:備料(將上述食材區分成上層與底層食材);將底層食材做隔水加熱、混合攪拌;將底層食材舖於烤模底面;上層食材之混合攪拌;將上層食材倒入烤模內,且層疊於底層食材上;烘烤。經上述製作方法完成之起士糕餅,因原料中無使用麵粉而具有紮實口感,且因原料中含柳澄汁使口味帶微酸感,又底層食材具消化餅而不再加糖,使起士糕餅吃起來不會過甜。(1)‧‧‧底層食材(2)‧‧‧上層食材
