The present invention relates to human antibodies that specifically bind humanTNF.alpha., or an antigen-binding portion of such an antibody. In someembodiments, theantibodies comprise a human IgG2 heavy chain and a human kappa light chain.Theantibodies of the present invention are capable of reducing the binding ofhuman TNF.alpha. to ahuman TNF.alpha. receptor. Embodiments include antibodies and antigen-bindingportions thereofthat bind human TNF.alpha. with a KD of 1.89-8.06 X 10 -10 M and/or a KA of1.2-5.3 X 10 9 M-1,and that may further bind TNF.alpha. with a ka of 1.6-2.9 x 10 6 M-1S-1.
