PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a leg flap arranged around a leg of a wearer is excellent in breathability, flexibility and fitting property and an environment around the leg is improved. SOLUTION: The leg flap 8 is a non-skin side covering sheet 83 made of a non-woven fabric which covers a part of the moisture permeable sheet 4 extending from a side edge 5S of an absorber 5 and a non-skin facing surface of the extending part. And an elastic member 85, the outer portion 81 having the elastic member 85 closest to the absorber 5 as the innermost end in the lateral direction Y, and the inner portion not including the elastic member 85. 82.
