PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management device that detects an abnormality, etc. in values of input biological data with a higher degree of precision than ever before even at an initial stage when the biological data on a user is not sufficiently accumulated.SOLUTION: A health management device includes an input part, a storage part, a reference range setting part for setting and holding a reference range of biological data, a notification part, and a control part. The control part determines whether or not the storage part holds a predetermined number or more of biological data groups when biological data is input in the input part. When the storage part does not hold the predetermined number or more of the biological data groups, the control part causes the reference range setting part to set a provisional reference range obtained by a predetermined method as a reference range. In the meanwhile, when the storage part hold the predetermined number or more of the biological data groups, the control part causes the reference range setting part to set an individual reference range obtained based on the biological data group as a reference range.
