PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a nano carrier having a chemotherapeutic drug for proton beam therapy and/or a radiation-sensitive copolymer into which radiolabeled nanoparticles are encapsulated as constituents.SOLUTION: Diselenide block copolymers and 1,2-Distearoyl-Sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine-PEG-biomarker constitute a nanosphere, a chemotherapeutic drug and/or radiolabeled nanoparticles are wrapped by the nanosphere, the nanosphere is broken up by proton beam penetrating physiological tissue during proton beam therapy to allow the chemotherapeutic drug and/or radiolabeled nanoparticles to be emitted, nuclear fission rection is generated by collision between protons and radiolabeled nanoparticles, cancer cells of a tumor are destroyed by emitted electrons and cancer cells of a tumor between biological tissues are killed by the chemotherapeutic drug, by which an effect of proton beam therapy is enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】陽子線治療用化学療法薬及び/又は放射性標識ナノ粒子を封入した放射線感受性共重合体を構成成分とするナノキャリアの合成方法。【解決手段】ジセレニドブロック共重合体(diselenide block copolymers)及び1,2-ジステアレート-スズ-グリセロ-3-エタノールアミンリン酸-ポリエチレングリコール-バイオマーカー(1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine-PEG-biomarker)でナノ球体を構成し、そのナノ球体で化学療法薬及び/または放射性標識ナノ粒子を包み込み、陽子線治療中に生理組織を透過する陽子線でナノ球体を解体して、化学療法薬及び/または放射性標識ナノ粒子を放出させ、陽子と放射性標識ナノ粒子との衝突で核分裂反応を生じ、放出された電子で腫瘍の癌細胞を破壊すると共に化学療法薬で生体組織間の腫瘍の癌細胞を死滅させることにより陽子線治療の効果を高める。【選択図】図1
