PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-invasive or low-invasive therapeutic method for cancer and a device therefor, particularly, a therapeutic method for cancer in which the therapy is carried out by irradiating a diseased part with an electromagnetic wave, and a magnetic particle and a device used therefor.SOLUTION: In a therapeutic method for cancer, a magnetic particle bound on an antibody to a cancer cell is non-invasively or low-invasively introduced into a patients body so as to bind to a cancer cell. The cancer cell is killed by external irradiation with an electromagnetic wave or applying a magnetic field so as to induce heating of the magnetic particle bound on the cancer cell. Here, it is preferable that: the method further comprises leading the magnetic particle to a position close to the cancer cell by magnetism subsequent to introduction of the magnetic particle into the patients body and the magnetic particle is derived from a living organism. To be used in cancer therapy, the magnetic particle is coated with an albumin layer containing antibody, the magnetic particle is coated with iron an iron hydroxide gel layer containing antibody, or the magnetic particle alone or the magnetic particle having an iron hydroxide gel layer containing antibody is coated with a photocrosslinkable or thermal crosslinkable polymer layer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】非侵襲的又は低侵襲的にガンの治療方法及びそのための装置、特に患部に電磁波を照射することにより治療を行なうガン治療方法並びにそのために用いる磁性粒子及び装置の提供。【解決手段】ガン細胞に対する抗体と結合した磁性粒子を患者の体内に非侵襲的又は低侵襲的に導入し、ガン細胞に結合させ、外部から電磁波を照射するか磁場を印加してガン細胞に結合した磁性粒子を誘導加熱し致死せしめる。その際、磁性粒子を患者の体内に導入した後、磁気により磁性粒子をガン細胞近傍に誘導する工程をさらに含むことと、磁性粒子が生物由来であることが望ましい。磁性粒子上に抗体含有アルブミン層、磁性粒子上に抗体含有水酸化鉄ゲル層又は、磁性粒体単体あるいは抗体含有水酸化鉄ゲル層上に光若しくは熱架橋性高分子層で被覆して、ガン治療に用いる。【選択図】なし
