The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes or fatty liver, and more specifically relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes or fatty liver containing a CYP4A (cytochrome P450A) inhibitor as an active ingredient.
