The crosslinkable composition is useful for preparing a skin contact adhesive or coating on a substrate. The crosslinkable composition comprises (A) a polyurethane-polyorganosiloxane copolymer and (B) a curing catalyst. Skin contact adhesives prepared by crosslinking the crosslinkable composition include adhesives for medical tapes, adhesives for wound dressings, adhesives for artificial prostheses, adhesives for ostomy appliances, and adhesives for medical monitoring devices. It is useful in applications such as agents, scar treatment adhesives, cosmetic patch adhesives, and transdermal drug delivery systems.
