The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells and myeloid cells as active components for preventing or treating bone marrow failure. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone marrow failure of the present invention shows a significant effect in restoring the state of peripheral blood, through a synergistic effect of tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells and myeloid cells, and can form various cell groups comprising the normal levels of white blood cells, platelets and red blood cells. Also, the pharmaceutical composition mixes and restores myeloid cells, some adipocytes and megakaryocytes in the marrow space to thereby restore the normal state of bone marrow, maintain the normal size and cell count of the spleen, and increase the CD41+ cell count to the normal level. Based on these effects, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can also greatly increase survival rate, thereby exhibiting significant effects for preventing or treating bone marrow failure.본 발명은 편도 유래 중간엽 줄기세포 및 골수 세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 골수 부전 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 골수 부전 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물은 편도 유래 중간엽 줄기세포 및 골수 세포의 시너지 효과에 따라 말초 혈액 형상 회복에 현저한 효과를 보여 정상 수준의 백혈구, 혈소판 및 적혈구로 구성된 다양한 세포 집단을 형성할 수 있으며, 골수 공간에 다양한 골수 세포, 일부 지방 세포 및 거핵 세포들을 혼재하여 재건함으로써 정상 수준의 골수 형상을 나타낼 수 있으며, 비장 크기 및 세포 수를 정상 수준으로 유지시키며, CD41+ 세포의 수를 정상 수준까지 증가시키며, 이러한 효과를 기초로 생존율까지 크게 증가시킴으로써 골수 부전의 예방 또는 치료에 현저한 효과를 보인다.
