PURPOSE: A drug for bone treatment and massage is provided to remove pain of bone and surrounding tissues, to effectively treat degenerative arthritis, rheumatism, and cervical spinal disk, and to regenerate cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a drug for treatment and massage comprises the steps of: putting oriental medicinal materials and aloe extract, and boiling at 120 deg. C to obtain an extract； mixing malt and the extract and fermenting at 80-100 deg. C； removing residues and extracting liquid； and mixing the liquid, a red ginseng extract, a fruit extract, and adlay rice and heating at 80-120 deg. C. 본 발명은 다양한 효능을 가지는 각종 한약재를 사용함은 물론 한약을 달일 때 물을 사용하지 않고 알로에 베라와 알로에 아브레센스로 이루어진 알로에 원액을 사용함으로써 알로에의 효능을 구현함은 물론 본 발명의 약제를 제조할 때 발효된 과일엑기스와 질금을 배합하여 사용함으로써 한약 성분에 함유되어 있는 독성을 제거하여 한약성분의 효능을 그대로 사용할 수 있도록 하며, 특히 뼈로 인해 발생하는 각종 질병(예를 들면, 퇴행성 관절염, 류머티즘, 관절 통증, 뼈 주변의 통증 등)을 완화시켜주고 또한 통증을 없애면서 뼈 주변의 조직을 부드럽게 해줄 수 있는 뼈 치료 및 마사지용 약제의 제조방법을 제시한다.
