A suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery comprises a body (1), a nail head portion (2) and a transmission mechanism (3). The nail head portion (2) is connected to the far end of the body (1) in a swinging mode relative to the axial direction of the body (1) by means of the transmission mechanism (3). The transmission mechanism (3) comprises an operating rod (31), a coupling assembly (33) and a gear transmission assembly (32). The coupling assembly (33) comprises a first conversion component (332) that is disposed between the body (1) and the nail head portion (2) and capable of swinging relative to the axial direction of the body (1). Through the transmission of the coupling assembly (33) and the gear transmission assembly (32), the nail head portion (2) swings in the same direction relative to the axial direction of the body (1) along with the first conversion component (332), while the gear transmission assembly (32) transmits the swing of the first conversion component (332) to the nail head portion (2), so that the nail head portion (2) further swings in the same direction as the first conversion component (332).
