PURPOSE: A cultivation method of soft stems of Acanthopanax koreanum is provided to enable to use stems of Acanthopanax koreanum as an edible vegetable. CONSTITUTION: Above-ground part of Acanthopanax koreanum plant body is cut. Soft stems of Acanthopanax koreanum which outgrow from the Acanthopanax koreanum root are collected. Above-ground part of Acanthopanax koreanum plant body is cut so that all the foliar buds in the above-ground part are removed. The Acanthopanax koreanum plant body is a plant body which is at least one year old after sprouting. The above-ground part is cut at the height of 3-20cm from the ground surface in order to cut soft stems of Acanthopanax koreanum. The cut above-ground part of Acanthopanax koreanum is heat-treated. The cut above-ground part of Acanthopanax koreanum is blocked from the sunlight. Soft stems which have outgrown from the Acanthopanax koreanum root are cut when the stems grow under 50cm from the ground surface.본 발명은 섬오가피 식물체의 지상부를 절단하는 단계, 및 섬오가피 뿌리에서 성장한 섬오가피 연한 줄기를 채취하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 섬오가피 연한 줄기의 재배 방법과 그 방법에 의하여 얻어진 섬오가피 연한 줄기를 개시한다.
