The present invention refers to the design and manufacturing process of an expandable prophylactic device (5) for allowing a higher physical-sexual and mental satisfaction to be obtained by users. The device consists in a polyurethane foam formed in the inner portion of the device during the sexual intercourse with the purpose of promoting a prolonged erection and increasing the resistance time during the sexual intercourse. The sexual intercourse safety is maintained as the device protects against infections and unwanted pregnancies. The use of the expandable prophylactic device is external and does not produce medical consequences or side effects. The use of the invention will enable the product to be introduced into the Dysfunctional Erection and premature ejaculation market in a relatively rapid manner.En la presente patente de invención se hace mención al diseño y al proceso de elaboración de un profiláctico expandible (5) que permite una mayor satisfacción física-sexual y mental para los usuarios. El cual consiste en una espuma Poliuretámica que se forma en el interior del mismo durante el acto sexual con la finalidad de contribuir a una erección prologando, así como aumentar el tiempo de resistencia durante el acto sexual. La seguridad del acto sexual se mantiene en cuanto se protege de contagios o embarazos no deseados. El uso del profiláctico expandible es externo y no produce secuelas médicas o efectos secundarios. La novedad en el uso permitirá una introducción relativamente rápida en el Mercado de Erección Disfuncional y de eyaculación temprana.
