The present invention provides a non-invasive urination disorder detection method and a device thereof, which generally comprises a main body, a rotor, and an electronic host. The main body is coupled to a urine drain pie of a urinal. When power is set on, a control unit of the electronic host sets an operation mode, whereby during a subject uses the urinal for urination, the discharged urine drives the rotor to rotate and a measurement unit of the electronic host detects the rotational speed of the rotor in order to obtain the urine flow data of each urination.
