PURPOSE: A stent inserting device is provided to accurately place a stent to a lesion area by reducing the length of the entire sheath and reduce the size of the resistance according to the flow of blood. CONSTITUTION: A stent(12), the diameter of which is in a minimized state, is inserted into one internal side of a sheath(10). Another internal side of the sheath is separated by a blocking wall(14). A pulley fixing stent(16) is inserted into the sheath at the rear side of the blocking wall. A pulley is rotatably hung at the rear side of the pulley fixing stent using a pulley fixing wire. One end of a pulling wire is inserted into the longitudinal direction of the sheath and is fixed to the outer circumference of a guide passing tube. Another end of the pulling wire passes through the guide passing tube and is expanded to a handle.본 발명은 스텐트 삽입장치에 관한 것으로서, 시즈의 일측 내부에 장입된 스텐트의 후방쪽에 차단벽으로 분리된 시즈 내부에 풀리고정용 스텐트(16)를 장입시키고, 상기 풀리고정용 스텐트의 뒷쪽단부에는 풀리를 회전가능하게 매달아 설치하며 상기 풀리에 겹쳐지는 당김줄의 한쪽은 가이드패싱튜브의 외주면상에 고정시키고, 상기 당김줄의 다른쪽은 상기 가이드패싱튜브를 관통하여 시즈의 타측에 있는 손잡이쪽으로 연장시켜주어서 상기 당김줄을 잡아당겨주는 것에 의해서 스텐트가 시즈밖으로 노출되면서 팽창하게 되어서 스텐트를 혈관벽과 밀착되게 시술할 수 있도록 된 것이다.본 발명은 경질의 푸셔를 사용하지 않는 것이어서 탄력성이 우수하고 시즈의 길이를 단축시켜줄 수 있으므로 스텐트를 굽어진 현관내에도 보다 작은힘으로 보다 쉽고 정확하게 안착시켜 줄 수 있는 장점이 있다.
