A connector including a male connector having a cavity a female connector having a cavity to which another male connector that is the same as the male connector can be connected a male lock section or a female lock section, placed adjacent to the male connector such that the connection direction of the male lock section or the female lock section is parallel to that of the male connector a female lock section or a male lock section, the female lock section being placed adjacent to the female connector such that the connection direction of the female lock section is parallel to that of the female connector and allowing another male lock section that is the same as the male lock section to be connected to the female lock section, the male lock section allowing another female lock section that is the same as the female lock section to be connected to the male lock section and a seal member made from an elastic material and, in a lock state where another male lock section and a female lock section are connected, maintaining liquid tightness of the connection between the another male connector and the female connector. In a lock release state where the lock is released, the connector emits a lock release sound for causing a person to realize the release of the lock.
