PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter with land levelling rotors which can obtain a stable land levelling effect, can level a land appropriately in or near a headland likely to be roughed, thereby can improve planting accuracy.SOLUTION: The sulky rice transplanter includes: a rotor state switch function of lifting rotors 27a, 27b automatically in lifting a seedling planting part 4, thereby switching the rotors into a storage state and a control switch function of switching whether or not performing control by means of the rotor state switch function.
