PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking film member which has high strength for holding a thin film and increased uniformity in the thickness of the thin film, and excellent stickiness.SOLUTION: A sticking film member 10 has a thin film 1, and a support frame 2 supporting the thin film 1, in which the support frame 2 has: a first support part 2a holding the thin film 1 and a second support part 2b which is outside the first support part 2a and has a larger thickness than the thickness of the first support part 2a, and the thickness of the first support part 2a is made larger than the thickness of the thin film 1.
