The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a denture, which simplifies processes for manufacturing the denture and enhances patient satisfaction by fully reflecting cranium and mandible structures of a patient. The method for manufacturing the denture of the present invention introduces three-dimensional scanning of a head part of the patient, a collateral radiation analytic technique, three dimensional CAD CAM design and output, and a processing method to the method for manufacturing the denture in order to simplify the denture manufacturing processes so that the denture manufacturing and modification can be completed in a short time.
