PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-transpiring device in which a liquid container can be attached to or detached from the device easily, and which can prevent the liquid container from falling unexpectedly.SOLUTION: A heat-transpiring device 10 includes a bottle stopper 250 that holds a liquid container 300 having a liquid-absorbing core 301 in which liquid is put, and which is disposed protruding from inside the container to outside the container, and is immersed in the liquid in the container.
