The methods, systems, and devices disclosed herein generally involveconvection-enhanceddelivery of drugs to a target region within a patient. Microfluidic catheterdevices are disclosedthat are particularly suitable for targeted delivery of drugs via convection,including devicescapable of multi-directional drug delivery, devices that control fluidpressure and velocity usingthe venturi effect, and devices that include conformable balloons. Methods oftreating variousdiseases using such devices are also disclosed, including methods of treatingcerebral and spinalcavernous malformations, cavernomas, and hemangiomas, methods of treatingneurologicaldiseases, methods of treatment using multiple microfluidic delivery devices,methods of treatinghearing disorders, methods of spinal drug delivery using microfluidic devices,and methods ofdelivering stem cells and therapeutics during fetal surgery. Methods ofmanufacturing suchdevices are also disclosed.
