The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for blocking fine dust. According to the present invention, the composition is capable of fundamentally preventing problems caused by fine dust by reducing the probability of fine dust to be attached to skin. The cosmetic composition for blocking fine dust includes a compound including an N-heterocyclic ring as an effective component. The N-heterocyclic ring is a 5, 6, or 9 membered N-heterocyclic ring which is saturated or unsaturated.
