The present invention relates to a gastric band fixing apparatus which comprises a main body part fixed on stomach and a connection part. The connection part is coupled with the main body part at one side and is connected with a gastric band at the other side of the connection part, which covers stomach. Accordingly, the lower end of the main body part is stably covered and fixed by suturing a gastric tissue exposed through a hole of the main body part and a gastric tissue under the main body part.
