The cryogenic treatment apparatus includes: a control unit for controlling an entire operation of the cryogenic treatment apparatus while being included in the body； a motion sensor which generates motion data in accordance with the movement of the hand-piece unit while being included in the hand-piece unit； and a thermal image sensor which is arranged on an end of the hand-piece unit and generates thermal image data regarding the affected region of the patient and the areas surrounding the affected region.
