A bone fixation module is presented to improve the locking effect of prior bone screw, and solve the problem that prior bone screw cannot adjust its locking direction. The bone fixation module comprises a bone plate, at least one locking housing and at least one bone screw. The bone plate has at least one fixation hole with several positioning portions, with each positioning portion defines a locking direction. The locking housing is interlocked in the fixation hole, with the locking housing includes a lock hole and an adjusting portion, with the adjusting portion has several abutting surface to abut with the fixation hole of the positioning portion. The bone screw is locking with the lock hole of the locking housing.
