PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingrown nail corrector capable of being accurately attached to each corresponding ingrown nail even if the ingrown nail is grown either in a right side end edge or in a left side end edge of the nail, and capable of correcting the ingrown nail effectively and with stable correction force over a long period of time by the principle of leverage.SOLUTION: A corrector body 1(1) has a locking piece 2 with a tapered locking hook 3 at the distal end integrally provided via a fulcrum part 5 at the front end of a lever piece 4. The locking hook 3 is biased either to the right or left relative to the center in the lateral direction of the locking piece 2 and the lever piece 4. The corrector body 1(1) is integrally attached to an adhesive tape 10. If an ingrown nail is grown on the left side of a nail, the ingrown nail corrector with the locking hook 3 biased to the left side is used. If the ingrown nail is grown on the right side of the nail, the ingrown nail corrector with the locking hook 3 biased to the right side is used to correct the ingrown nail.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】巻き爪が爪の左右いずれの側端縁に生じていても、それぞれに対応して正確に装着でき、テコの原理により巻き爪を長時間に亘って効果的に且つ安定した矯正力でもって矯正することができる巻き爪矯正具を提供する。【解決手段】矯正具本体1(1)は、レバー片4の前端に支点部5を介して先端に先細の係止フック3を有する係止片2を一体に設けていると共に、係止片2及びレバー片4の幅方向の中央部に対して係止フック3を左右いずれかの方向に片寄られてあり、この矯正具本体1(1)を粘着テープ10に一体に取付けている。そして、巻き爪が爪の左側に生じている場合には左側に偏位している係止フック3を有する巻き爪矯正具を使用し、巻き爪が爪の右側に生じている場合には右側に偏位している係止フック3を有する巻き爪矯正具を使用して巻き爪を矯正するように構成している。【選択図】図6
