The needle fuse (26) for use in a medical device, preferably for use in a catheter device (10), comprising: a main part (44) made of a first material and having an axial channel (56) for the needle (A) ) from the proximal side (58) of the indicated main part (44) through the indicated main part (44) to the distal side (60) of the indicated main part (44) for movably holding the needle shaft (28) having the main external profile； the first and second taps (46, 48) extending substantially axially (A) from said distal side (60) of said main body (44), said first branch (46) having a distal section (62) and a proximal section (64)； a distal wall (50) transversely located on said distal section (62) of said first outlet (46)； and a locking element (38) made of a second material different from said first material, which is located in said needle guard (26) and has a through hole (74) with a profile that is adapted to the main outer profile of the needle shaft (28). 2.
