PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus image processing device capable of objectively measuring a blood flow width ratio while solving the problems of variations due to a measuring persons subjective view and measured places.SOLUTION: The fundus image processing device includes: display means 20 for displaying a graphic for measurement measurement range setting means 40 for setting parallel two sides of the graphic for measurement as a measurement range on the basis of the graphic for measurement arranged superimposed on a fundus image and blood flow region end point identification means 50 for generating a luminance array, which is an array of luminance values corresponding to each sample obtained by sampling the sides set as the measurement range, generating a differential array, which is an array of differential luminance values, using the luminance array, searching for a maximum sample which takes a maximum value for the differential array, and a minimum sample which takes a minimum value for the differential array, searching for a second maximum sample on the basis of the maximum sample, and a second minimum sample on the basis of the minimum sample, identifying two end points of the blood flow region on the basis of the maximum sample and the minimum sample, and identifying two boundary points of a blood column reflection region on the basis of the second maximum sample and the second minimum sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】計測者の主観や計測箇所によるバラツキの問題を解消しながら、血流幅比率を客観的に計測することが可能な眼底画像処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】計測用図形を表示する表示手段20、眼底画像に重ねて配置された計測用図形に基づき、計測用図形の平行な2辺を計測範囲として設定する計測範囲設定手段40、計測範囲として設定された辺をサンプリングして得られた各サンプルに対応する輝度値の配列である輝度配列を作成し、輝度配列を用いて微分輝度値の配列である微分配列を作成し、微分配列に対して最大値をとる最大サンプルと最小値をとる最小サンプルを探索し、最大サンプルを基に第2最大サンプルを探索するとともに最小サンプルを基に第2最小サンプルを探索し、最大サンプルと最小サンプルを基に血流領域の2端点を特定し、第2最大サンプルと第2最小サンプルを基に血柱反射領域の2境界点を特定する血流領域端点特定手段50を有する。【選択図】図2
