The present invention relates to a cast and a manufacturing method thereof. Such cast comprises: a core having a net form by cross weaving a plurality of line materials in a diagonal direction, and in which waterborne resins are impregnated and a sheath material which covers the net formed core. If water is contacted with the core through the sheath material, the cast can support wound area by hardening the waterborne resins and the core. Such cast has a net form having big air vents, thereby air permeability is enhanced, taking shower is possible, and moisture removal is fast so that wound area can be maintained in a pleasant state. In addition, surgical procedure is easy and simple because the cast is in the net form.
