The first member (720) includes an implant (730) which has two bars (824a, 824b) coupled by a sature (822). The first and second members (720, 722) are also configured to interact to deploy the implant (730) in a patient. As the implant (730) is deployed, the bars (824a, 824b) are deployed at a predetermined relative distance.
