The present invention relates to the benzothiazolonecompound of Formula (I) in acetate or glycolate salt form, a method for manufacturing the compound and its therapeutic uses. The compound of the present invention seeks to overcome disadvantages such as those associated with beta-2 adrenoceptors producing skeletal muscle hypertrophy. The compound of the present invention is therefore a beta-2 adrenoceptor potentially useful in the treatment of muscle wasting diseases such as muscular dystrophy, disuse related atrophy, cachexia or sarcopenia.
