PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and a parameter setting support method which can support the setting a parameter value of image processing to volume data.SOLUTION: A medical image processor according to one embodiment of this invention includes a combination setting part 22, an execution part 23, an indexing part 24 and a relationship diagram generation part 25. The combination setting part 22 automatically sets a plurality of combinations of parameter values corresponding to each image processing a series of a plurality of types of image processing to be executed to medical three-dimensional image data. The execution part 23 generates image data after image processing corresponding to each of the plurality of combinations by executing the series of a plurality of types of image processing of each of the plurality of combinations to the medical three-dimensional image data. The indexing part 24 calculates an evaluation index value of the image data after image processing corresponding to each of the plurality of combinations. The relationship diagram generation part 25 generates a relationship diagram showing a relationship between the evaluation index value and the combinations to display the relationship diagram in a display part.
