This invention relates to an extraction method of Pinus morrisonicola Hay., mainly characterized in that a suitable amount of Pinus morrisonicola Hay. leaves are taken and then performing the following steps: a raw material preparation step: grinding the pine leaves, wherein the particle size of the ground pine leaf powder is smaller than 40 mesh to increase the contact surface area of the powder and the carbon dioxide fluid to enhance extraction efficiency and an extraction step: selecting static extraction, dynamic extraction, or combined static and dynamic extraction in an extraction device. The static extraction is placing the supercritical fluid still to perform extraction, waiting until the extraction system reaches equilibrium, and then, flushing out the extract to obtain the extract. The dynamic extraction is utilizing the supercritical fluid to perform continuous extraction, in which the extraction system is maintained at a constant pressure and then the supercritical fluid is controlled to flow with a constant flow speed to continuously perform extraction with supercritical fluid. The combined static and dynamic extraction is performing static extraction for a period of time and then performing dynamic extraction.
