The device comprises a condensation zone (12) for condensing exhaled air from a subject and cooling means operably connected to the condensation zone (12). The device further comprises a discrete region (13) for analyte detection and analyte measurement. The condensation zone (12) has a fluid outlet that connects the condensation zone (12) to the discrete regions (13).
