PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an activity species generating unit from becoming resistance to the flow of air in the flowing channel communicating an inlet and an outlet.SOLUTION: An indoor unit 1 of an air conditioner has the casing 10 which has the inlet 13a and the outlet 13b and in which the main flowing channel 2 communicating the inlet 13a and the outlet 13b is arranged, the fan 21 arranged in the main flow channel 2 in the casing 10, and the active species generating unit 60 arranged in the location displaced from the main flow channel 2 in the casing 10. The casing 10 has the auxiliary inlet arranged in the rotation different from the inlet 13a for sucking air supplied to the active species generating unit 60.
