PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire at the substantially same height as an ornamental plant or object, and in the vicinity at a horizontal or almost horizontal angle, at a low cost.SOLUTION: A light source 2 is arranged not at a light radiation position, but at an easy-to-mount place of a lower part, light is guided to an upper part, the light is totally reflected on an end surface, and thereby light is radiated to an ornament object. In this invention, a surface of the end surface 3 is devised, or a portion into which light is made incident is devised. The portion into which light is made incident is formed into a convex surface so that light is made incident into a portion, to which light is guided, in a parallel manner.
