The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical science and concerns a medicinal agent, in the form of capsules, which exhibits a hepatoprotective effect. The invention consists in that the contents of the capsules includes the substance Suttigen, produced from Euphorbia soongarica Boiss. grass, as active ingredient, and also auxiliary additives. The auxiliary additives include a certain ratio of microcrystalline cellulose, Aerosil and starch. The capsule shell consists of a white body and blue cap, which are composed of gelatin and titanium dioxide, the cap containing indigo carmine. A gelatin capsule shell, when dissolved in the stomach following ingestion, allows for the rapid and full release of the medicinal agent, and is stable when stored. A proposed hepatoprotective agent in the form of capsules, the active ingredient of which is the substance Suttigen. The preparation is distinguished by high biological activity and is intended for treating and preventing diseases of the liver. The invention allows for expanding the arsenal of highly-effective hepatoprotective plant-based agents produced using the natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of the present invention consists in creating a medicinal form of a preparation, which is based on the substance Suttigen and which exhibits hepatoprotective activity and is stable in storage, in the form of an easy-to-fill capsule which rapidly and fully releases the active ingredient when ingested by patients. This aim is achieved through the use of a medicinal agent in the form of a capsule, which is filled with the substance Suttigen and auxiliary additives.
