PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system and a production method of a PTP sheet where the direction (front or rear of tablet) of the surface to be printed of a tablet is easily managed in a step to produce the PTP sheet.SOLUTION: A production system of a PTP sheet comprises: a plate carrier 1 where a plurality of recessed parts 2 to be put tablets in one by one are disposed； a printing unit 3 to perform printing on the surfaces to be printed of the tablets； a drying unit 8 to dry the tablets after printing being put in the recessed parts 2 of the carrier 1 in a state that the directions of the surfaces to be printed of the tablets are made uniform； and a PTP packaging unit 9 to produce the PTP sheet by producing PTP packaging of the dried tablets after printing in the state that the directions of the surfaces to be printed of the tablets are made uniform.【課題】 ＰＴＰシートの製造工程において、錠剤の被印刷面の向き（錠剤の表裏）を容易に管理する。【解決手段】 ＰＴＰシートの製造システムは、錠剤を１錠ずつ入れる複数の凹部２が設けられた板状のキャリア１と、錠剤の被印刷面に印刷を施す印刷ユニット３と、被印刷面の向きが揃った状態で、キャリア１の凹部２に入れられた印刷後の錠剤を乾燥させる乾燥ユニット８と、乾燥させた印刷後の錠剤を、被印刷面の向きが揃った状態で、ＰＴＰ包装してＰＴＰシートを製造するＰＴＰ包装ユニット９を備える。【選択図】 図１
