Provide the new vaccine based on nano particle for causing the immune response for broad range of infectious agent (such as influenza virus). The nano particle includes the heterogeneous population of fusion protein, and each protein includes the monomelic subunit for the self assembly albumen (such as ferritin) connecting with one or more immunogenic portions of the protein from infectious agent (such as influenza virus). To form nano particle, the nano particle shows the heterogeneous population of immunogenic portion on the surface thereof for the fusion protein self assembly. When being applied to individual, this type nano granular causes the immune response for same category section (family) interior not homophyletic, type, hypotype and kind. Therefore, this type nano granular can be used for for the infection by different shaped, hypotype and/or the infectious agent of strain to individual vaccine inoculation. There is also provided the method for specific fusion protein, the nucleic acid molecules of the such fusion protein of coding and use nano particle of the invention to individual vaccine inoculation.
