A method for producing nanofibres based on self-assembling peptides (SAP) comprises the steps of: - preparing a first solution based on self-assembling peptides； - preparing a second solution based on a coating polymer； - subjecting the first and second solution to a co-electrospinning step, wherein the second solution is electrospun around the first solution, so as to produce nanofibres having a central core formed of self-assembling peptides and an outer layer formed of the coating polymer.
