According to the present invention, disclosed is a syringe feeder having a sliding mounting unit. The syringe feeder comprises: a body having an accommodation space formed therein, and having a handle gripped by a user； an insertion needle having a solution flow path formed to make a medicinal solution flowed therein, having one side fixed to the inside of the body, and having the other side extended to the outside of the body to be inserted in the human body； an image measuring unit disposed on the body, having a part lengthily formed, inserted in the body along with the insertion needle, and photographing an image； a sliding mounting unit having an accommodation part formed with an open upper side to accommodate a separate medicine container therein, and selectively sliding on a side surface of the body, so the medicine container is made to be disposed in the accommodation space； and a solution feeding unit disposed in the body, and feeding a medicinal solution accommodated in the medicine container into the human body through the insertion needle by the operation of a user. A medicine fed position is accurately adjusted, and a medicine may be stably fed.본 발명은 내부에 수용공간이 형성되며, 사용자가 그립하는 핸들이 구비되는 몸체, 약물용액이 유동하는 용액유로가 형성되며, 상기 몸체 내부에 일측이 고정되고 타측은 상기 몸체 외부로 연장되어 인체에 삽입되는 삽입니들, 상기 몸체상에 배치되며 일부가 길게 형성되어 상기 삽입니들과 함께 인체 내부에 삽입되어 영상을 촬영하는 영상측정유닛, 상부가 개구되어 내부에 별도의 약물용기가 수용되는 수용부를 가지며, 상기 몸체의 측면에서 선택적으로 슬라이딩하여 상기 약물용기가 상기 수용공간 내부에 위치하도록 하는 슬라이딩 장착유닛 및 상기 몸체에 구비되어 사용자의 조작에 의해 상기 약물용기 내부에 수용된 약물용액이 상기 삽입니들을 통해 인체로 주입되도록 하는 용액주입유닛을 포함하는 슬라이딩 장착유닛이 구비된 약물주입기가 개시된다.
