PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine receiver that is superior in work performance for replacement work to be done by a caregiver and is superior in comfortableness when worn by a wearer, and to provide an automatic urination treatment device.SOLUTION: A urine receiver includes a waterproof film, an absorbing member, and an inner sheet. Also, the urine receiver includes: a urine collection groove provided in a place from a crotch back surface through a lower surface of a wearer when worn, formed in a U-shaped groove shape in a plan view, and having groove upper edges at the left and right of the groove connected by a plate-like part which is horizontal or protruded upward a urine collection pipe laid in the U-shape throughout the groove at the inner bottom of the urine collection groove, and being a perforated pipe with urine guide holes opened on the side surfaces a urination pipe connected to a U-shaped bent part of the urine collection pipe, and penetrating through the urine collection groove and the waterproof film and extended outside and a connection port provided at the tip of the urination pipe and for connecting with a urine guide tube for urination.
