The invention relates to a flower stand suitable for carrying a flower pot. The flower stand comprises a supporting rod and a hang-placing unit. The supporting rod is a conic body which is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. The hang-placing unit is sleeved to the supporting rod and includes at least one hang-placing member. The at least one hang-placing member has a sleeve part sleeved to the supporting rod, and at least one carrying part connected with the sleeve part for carrying the flower pot. Through the supporting rod with a conic shape which is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, the sleeve part of the at least one hang-placing member will be sleeved to the supporting rod and blocked by the outer surface of the supporting rod, so as to be positioned.
