Provided is a hand-powered self-driven travelling machine that comprises a clutch (50a) having a driving state where a motor (40) drives wheels (30) to rotate and an unlocked state where the wheels (30) freely rotate relative to the motor (40). The clutch (50a) comprises a movable member (52) and a driving paddle (53). The movable member (52) is capable of moving between a locked position where the clutch (50a) is in the driving state and an unlocked position where the clutch (50a) is in the unlocked state. The driving paddle (53) transfers power with the wheels (30) by means of friction. When the clutch (50a) is in the driving state, the motor (40) drives the wheels (30) to rotate in a first direction; when the motor (40) stops rotating, the wheels (30) rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction and can drive the driving paddle (53) to move by frictional force so that the driving paddle (53) pushes the movable member (52) to move from the locked position to the unlocked position. After the motor (40) is turned off, the wheels (30) rotate without driving a motor shaft (41) to rotate, so that a relatively small force can push or pull the hand-powered self-driven travelling machine.
