PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food product with oil and fat which is easy to squeeze in a smooth state without being lumped and dried up.SOLUTION: The processed food product with oil and fat contains a 5-30% high-melting-point oil and fat which exhibits a melting point higher than the product by 10°C or more and a powder material.
