PURPOSE: An electrocardiogram measuring method and an apparatus thereof are provided to easily measure electrocardiogram using the voltage difference between both hands due to the electric field difference inside the body. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(50) transmits and receives a wireless signal to and from a mobile communication base station through an antenna. A display unit(40) displays various data and the information received from the base station or the data stored in a memory unit(60). A touch screen panel(30) includes a transparent upper substrate and a protective film. The transparent electrode is formed on the protective film. A controller(10) measures the voltage difference due to electrostatic capacity of two contact regions of the touch screen panel and converts the measured voltage difference to an electrocardiogram signal.본 발명은 심전도 측정 장치에 관한 것으로, 심전도 측정 장치가 투명 부도체 보호막 패널과, 상기 투명 부도체 보호막에 접촉이 발생하면 접촉면에 커패시턴스를 형성하는 복수의 투명 전극이 배열되고, 상기 투명 부도체 보호막 패널의 하부에 위치하는 투명 전극 패널과, 상기 투명 전극 패널에 전류를 인가하고, 상기 투명 부도체 보호막 패널에 접촉이 발생함에 따라, 상기 복수의 투명 전극 중 커패시턴스가 형성된 전극을 감지하여 독립된 두 개의 접촉영역을 파악하고, 실시간으로 상기 두 개의 접촉영역 각각의 정전용량을 측정하고, 상기 측정된 두 개의 정전용량의 차이를 계산하고, 상기 계산된 정전용량의 차이에 따른 전압차를 파악하고, 상기 전압차를 심전도 신호로 변경하는 제어부를 포함한다.
